“Falling Awake” is Jeff’s first solo album. But solo may be the wrong word. This CD is truly a collaborative effort with some of the top bassists playing today, including Yves Carbonne, Tony Franklin, Russ Hodges, Jonni Lightfoot, Michael Manring, Brady Muckelroy, and Jeff Schmidt.

If you’re looking for what is possible with the bass as a solo or melodic instrument, do not pass this disc by. Put it in your player, sit back with a glass of wine and relax to some soothing sounds.
